Bath Tubs
Speculated to be for the room behind the WC door. Another speculation is that it could have been the Japanese Toilet/Bath Tub seen in the LSD Demo Movie 1997.

Unused statue textures
In Pit & Temple, there are statues that use generic stone textures with no unique details. There are unused textures of a statue in the texture sheets of Pit & Temple. Judging by the proportions of the kanji in the Kanji Textures, there may have been additional statues smaller than the ones in the final game. In the 1997 demo movie, Pit & Temple had more objects in it, so it's plausible that that these smaller statutes were fully modeled at one point.

Unused 3D Model for door
A model for a 3D door can be found in Bright Moon Cottage. This door may be a leftover from the 1997 showcase of LSD: Dream Emulator, where players could press circle to open 3D doors.
Dog[]
Named SYMDOG.MOM. The Gray Man is named SYMSPY.MOM, so this dog might be related. It has two animations: one is for walking forward, while the other seems to be an unfinished animation for turning.[1][2]

Bright Moon Cottage has a small room behind the WC Door. This is likely where the unused bathtub textures would've been used. You can see it on the demo movie. This is the room that most likely cut - due to limitations or any unknown reasons.
