Turtles are animals that are typically walking around and sit in the water in The Natural World. They can also appear in the desert-like area and the rivers there.
A giant turtle can be seen walking in the desert, and will shrink down to normal size when approached.

- Often times, a turtle will appear in the desert area in front of the Pit & Temple that is much larger than usual, with rumbling in the background seemingly produced by it. When approached, it will shrink to back to its regular size.
