Mushrooms are psychedelic-like multicolored objects that appear near the railroad, located in one of the Happy Town corners, but only during B-type days of the game. Their dimensions can vary from normal to out-stretched. Linking with them will link you back to another part of Happy Town.
Speculations[]
- They may be a reference to the game's name, LSD, which is a semisynthetic drug isolated from ergot fungus.
- Mushrooms are portrayed in most major religious texts. They could also represent the idea of "magic mana", or rather, the endless pursuit of such ideas.
- The short and stretched mushrooms could symbolize how Psilocybin containing mushrooms grow in the wild, and considering when you link with them they send you to the same place that you are in but with different textures might symbolize the effects that mushrooms give you in real life.
