Tengu (天狗) are human-like avian creatures from Japanese folklore which fall down from the sky in the Kyoto and run around its borders on B-type days. They have unusually long noses, and will always link the player to the Long Hallway. They also seem to carry some kind of leaf in their left hand.
On rare occasions, Tengu may suddenly become huge upon their spawn for no reason, but their link will still remain the same. Some Tengu may be seen floating in the air. Tengu may either run in the same direction or diverge, running in opposite directions. Upon reaching a wall, they simply clip through it.
Trivia[]
- An event can occur while Tengus are running through Kyoto. The player may start running suddenly without any input and will stop only when the event ends. It is currently unknown how to trigger this event on purpose.
