Black Wolf is an object in the Temple Dojo. It is a small black wolf that will attack the player.
Appearance[]
The Black Wolf is simply a black or dark grey wolf or possibly a dog.
It is not affected by different textures.
Behaviour[]
The Black Wolf only appears on B2-type days. It sits in the middle room of the Temple Dojo until the player is close enough. When they are, it will run towards the player, attacking them. If the player does nothing, they are forcibly linked to Sun Faces Heave. The player however can 'kill' the wolf by pressing the interact button (circle on Playstation) before it strikes. This will cause the wolf to fall over, presumably dead. It can still be linked with in this state. Sometimes, the interact button must be pressed multiple times as the wolf will stand up again after falling.
Trivia[]
- It is possible to run away from the attacking wolf, and while it gives chase there are multiple glitches that can occur. For instance, the wolf becoming stuck in the Temple Dojo's pillars, or the wolf becoming invisible while the game plays loud and broken "breathing" noises.
- The Black Wolf, Floating Lips, the aggressive Sumo Wrestler, Hanged Women and Lions are the only entities aside from the Gray Man who chase the player directly.
- The Black Wolf is similar to the unused Dog as both are canines with a single dark colour.
